What we do

Therapy Approaches

EMDR Therapy

An evidence-based therapy used to help individuals process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional distress associated with past experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps individuals understand and work with different internal “parts” of themselves, supporting emotional healing, self-compassion, and personal integration.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT focuses on developing psychological flexibility, helping individuals accept difficult thoughts and emotions while taking meaningful action aligned with their values.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured and evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to emotional distress.
